Working customer service at any Mall is A Death Sentence, I don't care if I'm disrespected nor do I expect perfect customer service, it's more like herding cattle, just feed us and move on. My experience with the employees: "Connor and Keith" at the Cottonwood and Coronado Mall are Always 5-Stars and is the reason I'm going there to shop back to back for more more and more! I really hope a upper management reads this and takes it into consideration, it's a damn shame when they don't take time to thank great Employees!

Only champs store I go to. The staff is always helpful. The manager now ducks out when he sees me coming after I had a few conversations about employment for my son. I thought it was good conversation and he's always looked out for us so I don't know. I just talk with other staff and no longer bother him. I think he's a good dude tho no hard feelings at all. The store always has a good vibe plenty of employees to help customers always good stock and sale items. Best champs in ABQ

Everytime I come to this store the employees stand around talking amongst eachother staring at shoppers, given, they ask if help is needed but SERIOUSLY keep busy or something it's awkward knowing 3 employees are behind me watching me.
